Login Management Guide
Monitor account activity, manage active sessions, and enhance account security.
Step 1
Review Recent Logins
Regularly check your account's login history to identify any suspicious activity.
- View login timestamps and device types (Desktop, Mobile).
- Check IP addresses and locations of active sessions.
- Monitor for unrecognized login attempts.
Example: 'Desktop Login - 27 Dec 2025, 12:47 PM' indicates a recent session from a computer.
Step 2
Terminate Suspicious Sessions
Immediately end any sessions that you don't recognize or trust.
- Click Terminate next to any suspicious login.
- The session will be immediately logged out from our system.
- Change your password if you suspect unauthorized access.
Step 3
Enable Additional Security
Take proactive measures to protect your account from unauthorized access.
- Use strong, unique passwords.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared computers.
- Regularly review and update your security settings.
